The Standard is seeking a Compliance Analyst to support insurance product compliance by researching regulations, preparing and submitting regulatory filings, and partnering with business teams to implement approved product and policy form changes. This role works with underwriting, claims, marketing and technology to ensure products remain compliant with state requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in insurance compliance, regulatory affairs, or related function.
• Strong knowledge of individual or group insurance products (Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, Disability, Life).
• Experience preparing and submitting DOI product and form filings.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, review, and submit product and policy form filings to state DOIs.
• Research insurance laws and regulations and respond to regulatory inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to embed compliance requirements in products, forms, and processes.
• Support implementation of approved product and form changes across the organization.
• Contribute to compliance programs, policies, procedures, training, and risk management.
