Strong qualifications, including a JD from an ABA-accredited law school and a minimum of 8 years experience in General Liability, are required.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, comprehensive benefits, and a hybrid work model that necessitates two days in the office each week.

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in General Liability with an insurance carrier or litigation experience.
• Ability to handle large volume of claims or litigation matters.
• Leadership and people-management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Analyze General Liability claim submissions and establish case reserves.
• Draft and review coverage analyses.
• Monitor litigation and manage local defense counsel relationships.
• Lead high exposure claims management within the team.
