MSIG USA is seeking a Senior Claims Specialist for Auto & Liability in a hybrid role with opportunities across multiple U.S. locations including IL (Chicago), PA (Philadelphia), OH (Cincinnati), NY (New York City), CA (Los Angeles).

The position focuses on independent investigation, evaluation and strategy for highly complex claims, escalated coverage issues and significant financial risk. The role demands a seasoned professional with 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial casualty

Qualifications

• 10+ years of complex commercial auto/general liability claim experience.
• Experience handling litigated claims and high-exposure matters.
• Experience with catastrophic injury and coverage issues preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigates, analyzes and resolves highly complex auto/general liability claims.
• Directs high-exposure litigation with defense counsel, plans, budgets.
• Maintains reserves with clear rationale and documentation.
• Communicates with insureds, brokers, and stakeholders throughout the life cycle.
