Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring for a remote Commercial Casualty Supervisor, Complex Claims. You will supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states, provide coverage decisions, and oversee settlements with authority guidance.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and regulatory compliance. You will manage claims operations, coordination with partners, and liaison activities while maintaining high service standards and strong client

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive claims supervision experience.
• 7+ years of complex claims experience.
• Must hold an Adjuster license for all applicable states or obtain within 90 days.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field.
• Two+ years of litigation experience, preferably SIU.
• Professional designation such as AIC, CPCU, or ICAR.
• HS/GED or 3 years of virtual customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversees investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of claims with multi-state oversight.
• Guides adjusters on coverage, liability, settlements, and complex issues.
• Manages daily operations, staffing, and coverage across shifts, up to seven days a week.
• Sets performance goals, monitors service standards, and drives process improvements.
• Oversees claims procedures, ensures regulatory compliance, and handles DOI regulations.
• Leads casualty litigation oversight, manages counsel and litigation strategy.
• Fosters an inclusive, collaborative culture and supports cross-functional initiatives.
