Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressively responsible professional and/or supervisory experience in a claims environment.
• 7+ years of complex claims experience.
• High School (HS) or equivalent customer service experience in virtual environment.
• Adjuster license for applicable states or obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversees investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of claims across multiple states.
• Provides guidance on coverage, liability, and settlement authority for complex issues.
• Directs daily operations, staffing, and coverage across multiple shifts, up to seven days a week.
• Monitors performance goals, service standards, and quality assurance to improve outcomes.
• Ensures compliance with DOI regulations and organizational policies.
