Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive claims supervision experience.
• 7+ years handling complex casualty claims, including litigation.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states.
• Oversee investigations, evaluation, negotiation, and settlement of claims.
• Provide technical guidance to adjusters and ensure adherence to standards.
• Manage staffing, workflow, and cross‑functional collaboration with brokers.
• Monitor claim quality, customer service, and regulatory compliance.
