Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Commercial Casualty Supervisor, Complex Claims to lead remote, multi-state auto and casualty claims with oversight of litigation and coverage decisions.

You will supervise complex claims across states, provide guidance to adjusters, manage workflow and staffing, and partner with brokers and clients to ensure service excellence while complying with regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible professional and/or supervisory position within a claims environment.
• 7+ years of complex claims experience.
• Demonstrated technical expertise in handling casualty claims of varying complexity relevant to the adjuster roles supervised.
• High School (HS)/GED or 3-year customer service experience in a virtual environment leveraging internet, phone, and chat features.
• Must hold an Adjuster licensed for all applicable states or obtain license(s) within 90 days of filling position as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of claims, ensuring workflow efficiency.
• Provides technical guidance to adjusters on coverage, liability, and settlement.
• Directs daily operations, staffing, and schedule coverage across multiple shifts.
• Establishes and monitors performance goals and service standards.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams and acts as claims liaison with partners.
• Monitors claims quality and customer service through QA, surveys and feedback.

5+ years of experience in claims

7+ years of complex claims experience

Technical expertise in casualty claims

High School or equivalent virtual work

Adjuster license in applicable states

Education

Bachelor’s degree in related field
