Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring a Commercial Casualty Supervisor, Complex Claims – Remote. You will supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states, including litigation file handling.

You’ll evaluate coverage and settlement authority and may liaise with partner clubs to build relationships. We seek 5+ years in claims with supervisory exposure, multi-state licensing, and a relevant degree or professional designation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a progressively responsible claims role.
• 7+ years in complex claims experience.
• Licensed adjuster for applicable states or able to obtain within 90 days.
• Bachelor’s degree; professional designation such as AIC, CPCU, or ICAR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of claims across multiple states.
• Directs staffing, workflow, and service standards to support department objectives.
• Provides guidance and settlement authority on high-value cases beyond representative authority.
• Monitors claim quality and customer service outcomes via QA reports and feedback.
• Acts as liaison with partner clubs and oversees external counsel as needed.
