Job summary

Mobilitas, created by CSAA Insurance Group, is hiring for a Commercial Casualty Supervisor, Complex Claims – Remote. You will supervise complex auto and commercial injury claims across multiple states, provide guidance on coverage and settlements, and lead cross-functional operations in a remote, flexible environment.

The role emphasizes leadership, advocacy for best practices in claims management, and collaboration with partner clubs and brokers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in progressively responsible professional and/or supervisory position within a claims environment.
• 7+ years of complex casualty claims experience.
• Adjuster license for all applicable states or obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Oversee investigations, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of claims across multiple states.
• Provide technical guidance to adjusters and ensure appropriate settlement authority.
• Lead staffing, workflow distribution, and cross-functional collaboration for efficiency.
• Manage litigation relationships and oversee external counsel selections and costs.
• Foster an inclusive culture and support enterprise strategy through leadership practices.
