Job summary

Providence is seeking a Provider Compensation Consultant to shape and manage provider compensation programs across our health system. This remote role partners with HR, Finance, Legal, and operations to design fair, market-based pay structures aligned with FMV and compliance, while supporting recruitment, retention, and performance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, HR, business, or finance.
• At least 3 years of experience in compensation design, finance or provider management with strong project/change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape and manage provider compensation programs to reflect market benchmarks and FMV.
• Advise leadership on workforce planning and compensation strategy.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, Compliance and operations to implement compliant compensation plans.
• Lead communications to promote transparency and understanding among providers and stakeholders.
