Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, finance, economics, or related field.
• 7+ years of compensation-focused experience; CCP a plus.
• Broad knowledge of compensation theory, practices and trends.
• Experience with compensation analysis, market data, job evaluation and pricing.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; travel occasionally.

• Design, develop, and administer compensation programs and analyses.
• Lead benchmarking, market analysis, salary ranges and pay structures.
• Administer annual salary budgeting, competitiveness reviews and guidelines.
• Provide strategic compensation guidance to HRBPs and leadership.
• Interpret data, deliver insights, and advise on pay equity and compliance.
