Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Compensation Manager to design, develop, and administer the firm’s compensation programs. You will partner with P&C and business leaders to implement strategy and ensure market competitiveness.

You will lead benchmarking, annual salary processes, and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership, while ensuring compliance with compensation regulations and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, finance, economics, mathematics, or other business-related areas.
• Minimum of 7 years of compensation-focused experience; CCP certification is a plus.
• Broad knowledge of compensation theory, concepts, practices, and trends.
• Experience with compensation analysis, job evaluation and market pricing.
• Advanced skills in MS Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint; HRIS experience including Oracle HCM a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and administer compensation programs and analysis.
• Lead compensation benchmarking including surveys, market analysis and pay structure development.
• Administer annual salary processes, budget modeling and guideline education materials.
• Act as a subject matter expert to HRBPs and leaders on compensation.
• Consult with leaders to translate business needs into compensation and reward design.
