Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Compensation Manager to join the People & Culture team. You will design, implement and administer compensation programs, partner with business leaders, and lead benchmarking and pay-structure development to support firm strategy.

You will analyze data, ensure regulatory compliance, and influence compensation decisions across the organization. The role requires a BA/BS and 7+ years in compensation, with CCP a plus, in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, finance, economics, mathematics or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years in compensation-focused roles; CCP certification a plus.
  • Broad knowledge of compensation theory, design, analysis and trends.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and administer compensation programs and processes.
  • Lead market benchmarking, salary ranges, structure development and pay position reviews.
  • Manage annual salary administration, budgeting and planning communications.
  • Provide strategic guidance to HRBPs and leaders on compensation and rewards.
  • Analyze large data sets to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor pay equity, regulatory compliance and diversity considerations.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on offers and internal mobility.
