Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Compensation Manager to lead the design, development, and administration of employee compensation programs. The role partners with the P&C team and business leaders to evolve the compensation strategy in support of firm objectives.

The position requires 7+ years in compensation, strong analytical capabilities, and proficiency with MS Office and HRIS systems. In-person collaboration is expected, with some travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, finance, economics, mathematics, or other business-related areas.
• Minimum of 7 years of compensation-focused experience; CCP certification a plus.
• Broad knowledge of compensation theory, program design, analysis, and policy development.

Responsibilities

• Design, development, administration of compensation programs and processes.
• Lead benchmarking process including market analysis and pay structure development.
• Provide expert consult to HRBPs and leaders on compensation matters.
