Job summary

International Motors, based in Lisle, IL, is seeking a Senior Compensation Consultant to develop, implement, and administer comprehensive compensation programs. This role partners with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to deliver accurate, timely, and well-governed compensation solutions.

The position leads sales incentive plans and employee recognition programs, supports major annual processes, conducts market analyses, and drives governance improvements across compensation functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of compensation, benefits, or HR experience.
• At least 1 year of lead experience
• Master's degree and at least 3 years of compensation, benefits, or HR experience
• At least 8 years of compensation, benefits, or HR experience
• At least 1 year of lead experience

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration and ongoing enhancement of sales incentive compensation programs, including plan governance, participant support, and payout activities.
• Manage compensation-related analyses and projects, providing insights and recommendations to business and HR leaders.
• Oversee employee recognition programs, including vendor management, budgeting, communications, and process improvements.
• Support major annual compensation processes such as performance increases, incentive payouts, and compensation communications.
• Conduct compensation analyses, market research, and job evaluations to support competitive and equitable pay practices.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to deliver effective compensation solutions and maintain strong compensation governance.
