The position emphasizes driving alignment with long-term goals, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable business improvements across multiple work streams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 9 years of business development, strategy, marketing, finance, operations, engineering, or management consulting experience.
• At least 2 years of lead experience.
• OR Master's degree and at least 5 years of business development, strategy, marketing, finance, operations, engineering, or management consulting experience.
• OR at least 12 years of business development, strategy, marketing, finance, operations, engineering, or management consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and governance for programs and projects spanning the enterprise.
• Maintain alignment of project scope with strategic business objectives.
• Build credibility with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Identify process efficiencies by analyzing and improving business processes.
• Support strategic planning aligned with long-term goals.
• Lead and conduct analysis to identify trends, situations, and recommendations.
