Job summary

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of compensation, benefits, or HR experience.
• At least 1 year of lead experience OR Master's degree and at least 3 years of compensation, benefits, or HR experience.
• At least 1 year of lead experience OR At least 8 years of compensation, benefits, or HR experience.
• At least 1 year of lead experience

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration and ongoing enhancement of sales incentive compensation programs, including plan governance, participant support, and payout activities
• Manage compensation‑related analyses and projects, providing insights and recommendations to business and HR leaders
• Oversee employee recognition programs, including vendor management, budgeting, communications, and process improvements
• Support major annual compensation processes such as performance increases, incentive payouts, and compensation communications
• Conduct compensation analyses, market research, and job evaluations to support competitive and equitable pay practices
• Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to deliver effective compensation solutions and maintain strong compensation governance
