Position Overview

International is seeking a Senior Compensation Consultant to join our team in Lisle, IL! The Senior Compensation Consultant is an experienced compensation professional responsible for developing, implementing, and administering compensation programs that support the organization’s talent and business strategies. This role serves as the primary compensation partner for sales incentive programs and employee recognition programs while also supporting major annual compensation processes and other cross‑functional projects. Working with a high degree of independence, the Senior Compensation Consultant analyzes complex compensation matters, recommends practical solutions, and partners with HR, Finance, Legal, business leaders, and external vendors to deliver accurate, timely, and well‑governed programs. The position also serves as a subject‑matter resource to colleagues and helps strengthen processes, documentation, controls, and overall program effectiveness.
