You will lead initiatives from discovery through implementation, shaping career paths, leveling frameworks, and salary structures while collaborating with senior leaders and HR partners in a primarily remote setting.

Competenze

• 7+ years in broad-based compensation or related field.
• Experience designing compensation solutions in complex organizations.
• Experience developing career paths, levels, and pay structures.
• Strong knowledge of compensation principles and market pricing.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into practical solutions.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree required.
