You will transform complex workforce and salary data into actionable insights, lead market benchmarking, job evaluations, and annual compensation programs, and advance automation and AI-enabled tools to improve processes.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in Compensation or Total Rewards and related fields.
• Experience with market pricing, job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and annual planning.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve analytics or automation.

Aufgaben

• Manage compensation programs and analytics projects with accuracy and governance.
• Conduct job evaluations, market pricing and benchmarking analyses.
• Analyze salary trends, pay movements and incentive outcomes.
• Develop models, dashboards, and executive-ready reports.
• Support annual compensation programs including merit increases and promotions.
• Review requests for compliance with pay guidelines and governance.
• Communicate insights to HR, Finance, and leaders clearly.
• Perform data quality reviews and audits of compensation data.
• Lead or contribute to compensation projects and improvements.
• Identify automation opportunities and AI-enabled workflow enhancements.
