Qualifications

• At least 7 years of progressive experience in broad-based compensation or job architecture.
• Strong knowledge of salary structures, market pricing, job evaluation and internal equity.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable compensation programs within a growing national organization.
• Operate as a senior individual contributor, leading strategic initiatives from discovery to implementation.
• Manage complex compensation projects independently, including stakeholder alignment and documentation.
• Facilitate working sessions with business leaders and HR partners to resolve differing perspectives.
• Support consolidation of local pay practices into scalable national approaches.
