Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Compensation Analyst in the United States to design, analyze, and administer compensation programs across a multi-site organization. You will transform market data and internal pay data into actionable insights to drive fair and competitive pay practices and support salary structures, merit cycles, and incentives.

You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Legal to maintain accurate compensation records, generate reports, and ensure regulatory compliance while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years in compensation or HR operations.
• Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivots, data analysis).
• Knowledge of FLSA and wage/hour regulations.
• Experience in entering, maintaining, and auditing compensation data.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct job evaluations and market pricing to position salary for roles.
• Participate in external compensation surveys and analyze market trends.
• Develop and maintain job descriptions with HR partners and leaders.
• Support salary structures, merit cycles, and incentive administration.
• Prepare compensation reports for HR, Finance, and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with wage and hour regulations and internal policies.
• Maintain compensation data integrity across HRIS and payroll systems.
