Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive compensation experience covering base pay, variable pay, and job architecture.
• Hands-on experience with compensation surveys and market analyses.
• Ability to turn analysis into a clear, compelling story.

• Own the annual compensation planning cycle from start to finish.
• Conduct compensation benchmarking for international markets.
