Job summary

T-Mobile seeks a Sr. Analyst, Business Analysis to support leadership and Business Care with analytical decision support tools focused on compensation review and decisions. You will ensure accurate payments, gather performance data, and tell the data story for informed actions by stakeholders.

You will develop reports, validate inquiries, and collaborate with senior management to advance compensation initiatives while ensuring timely, error-free payments and ongoing program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, Visio, Access) and SQL.
• Data analysis and reporting skills.
• Commitment to world-class service and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to prioritize competing initiatives and manage tasks effectively.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute Business Care compensation processes, ensuring payments are accurate and delivered on time, the first time
• Lead the investigation, validation, and resolution of compensation inquiries and reported issues from TFB Business Care teams
• Gather, validate, and analyze compensation performance data, and translate findings into clear narratives that support leadership decision making
• Measure and report on the success of the compensation plan, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and deliver new reports, decision support tools, and ad-hoc analyses to address evolving compensation and performance needs
• Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional partners to define and prioritize compensation projects and initiatives
• Provide cross-training and serve as backup support to team members to ensure continuity of operations
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management
