Job summary

T-Mobile seeks a Data & Reporting Analyst to support leadership and sales with analytical decision support tools and insights. You will gather, validate, and document reporting requirements, perform ad-hoc analysis, and design decision-support tools in collaboration with stakeholders.

You will mentor junior analysts, train sales partners, and contribute to cross-functional projects. This role requires strong Data Analysis, SQL, and Workday reporting skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience required.
• 5 years’ experience in a Business Analysis and/or Reporting Analysis role required.
• Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and training of decision support tools to enhance data-driven decision making.
• Develop and deliver new reports and perform ad-hoc reporting to address evolving business requirements.
• Collaborate with senior management to define and prioritize analysis and reporting initiatives.
• Provide cross-training and serve as backup support to team members to ensure continuity of operations.
• Train and assist junior analysts and sales partners to build analytical capabilities across the organization.
