Job summary

T-Mobile seeks a Sr. Analyst, Business Analysis to deliver analytical decision support for compensation review and related initiatives.

This role focuses on data gathering, validation, and storytelling to guide leadership decisions and ensure accurate, timely payments. Responsibilities include leading investigations of inquiries, producing ad-hoc analyses, and building new reports with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• MS Office Suite proficiency is required including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, Visio, MS Access, and SQL.
• Business Care: Familiar with Care business processes.
• Data analysis and reporting skills with ability to translate findings into clear narratives.

Responsibilities

• Execute Business Care compensation processes, ensuring payments are accurate and delivered on time, the first time.
• Lead the investigation, validation, and resolution of compensation inquiries and reported issues from TFB Business Care teams.
• Gather, validate, and analyze compensation performance data, and translate findings into clear narratives that support leadership decision making.
• Measure and report on the success of the compensation plan, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and deliver new reports, decision support tools, and ad-hoc analyses to address evolving compensation and performance needs.
• Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional partners to define and prioritize compensation projects and initiatives.
• Provide cross-training and serve as backup support to team members to ensure continuity of operations.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management.
