Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is looking for a Sr. Analyst, Business Analysis in the United States to support compensation review decisions. You will execute compensation processes, validate performance data, and convey insights to inform leadership actions.

The role focuses on accuracy and timeliness of payments, ad-hoc analyses, and creating new reporting tools while collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional partners. Travel is required and total earnings include base pay plus incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook, Visio, MS Access, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Execute Business Care compensation processes, ensuring payments are accurate and delivered on time, the first time.
• Lead investigation, validation, and resolution of compensation inquiries from TFB Business Care teams.
• Gather, validate, and analyze compensation data and translate findings for leadership decisions.
• Measure and report on compensation plan success, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and deliver new reports and ad-hoc analyses for evolving compensation needs.
• Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional partners to define compensation projects.
• Provide cross-training and backup support to team members for continuity.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.
