Job summary

Exemplis LLC is seeking a Compensation Manager to design and administer competitive pay programs aligned with the company’s total rewards strategy. You will oversee base pay structures, job architecture, and annual bonus cycles for 600+ U.S.

employees, while coordinating with HR and Finance to ensure compliant practices across geographies. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and project-management skills, with deep knowledge of U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive compensation experience, including 2+ years in a compensation manager or senior analyst role.
• Experience with survey participation and market pricing tools (Radford, Mercer, WTW, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of U.S. compensation regulations (FLSA, pay transparency, state laws).
• Experience with benchmarking, pay structures, and market pricing.
• Analytical skills for market sizing, pricing, forecasting and benchmarking.
• Demonstrated project-management ability coordinating with Finance and HR partners.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills with HR partners and leaders.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Design and administer compensation programs to support total rewards strategy.
• Manage base pay structures, job architecture, and annual cycles for 600+ U.S. employees.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including pay equity laws.
• Oversee job evaluation and leveling processes for internal equity and benchmarks.
• Lead data integrity efforts in HRIS and compensation tools with cross-functional partners.
• Provide guidance on pay decisions and communicate pay actions to managers.
• Develop total rewards statements reflecting pay and benefits globally.
