The role involves supporting salary reviews, classifying positions, updating HRIS records, and collaborating with teams to ensure compliance with applicable laws and fair pay practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, labor relations, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in compensation including salary structure admin, job analysis, job description development, incentive plans, and market analysis.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; comfortable with formatting, data analysis, and creating PowerPoint presentations.
• English: intermediate to advanced proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collects and organizes compensation data, including salary surveys and internal salary information.
• Conducts interviews and surveys with employees and managers to document duties, responsibilities, and required skills.
• Analyzes data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies and prepares summary reports.
• Assists in developing and maintaining job descriptions for positions within the organization.
• Participates in salary review processes and supports salary adjustments and promotions with data.
• Supports market studies and develops customized surveys as needed to stay competitive.
• Generates periodic reports on compensation data, trends, and metrics for management review.
• Updates compensation data in HRIS and ensures accuracy and compliance with laws.
