Job summary

The Home Depot in Atlanta seeks a Compensation professional to develop and optimize compensation programs, analyze data, and support executive decisions. You will evaluate pay structures, prepare communications, and advise HR partners on policy and process improvements.

Responsibilities include delivering day-to-day compensation analytics, supporting Board reporting, and managing job codes and pay ranges to ensure internal equity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• At least 4 years of HR/finance/analytic experience.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint abilities.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day compensation support including statements and approvals.
• Support Board reporting on compensation programs and strategy.
• Prepare ad-hoc compensation analyses and design incentive plans.
• Conduct market pay analyses and manage survey processes.
• Manage position life cycle: pay ranges, job codes, and descriptions.
• Consult HR partners and develop communication packets and reports.
