Job summary

The Home Depot seeks a data-driven HR analytics professional to partner with internal HR clients, identify strategic information needs, and manage analytics projects that support organizational objectives.

You will analyze HR, Payroll and related data, design dashboards and reports, gather requirements, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for senior leaders, with emphasis on driving operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2+ years of work experience in analytics or a related area.
• Six Sigma training/certification preferred.
• Experience with SAS, Minitab, JMP for statistical analysis.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for analytics presentations.
• SQL skills beneficial; familiarity with BI tools like MicroStrategy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses of HR, Payroll and related data to identify trends, root causes, and actionable solutions.
• Coordinate design, development and implementation of analytical tools and dashboards to improve HR decisions and efficiency.
• Gather requirements, maintain documentation, and manage analytics projects with IT/HR Services.
• Design dashboards, reports and visual aids to inform HR clients and business leaders at Home Depot.
• Educate leaders on analytics tools and opportunities to leverage HR information assets.
