Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an HR Analytics professional to act as a consultative partner to internal HR clients. You will identify strategic information needs, perform analyses, and manage analytics projects that support strategic objectives.

You will design dashboards and reports to inform HR and business leaders, educate stakeholders on analytical tools, and drive data‑driven decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with statistical analysis and modeling of business data, preferably HR/payroll/benefits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses of HR, Payroll and related data to identify trends and root causes.
• Coordinate design, development and implementation of analytical tools and dashboards.
• Gather requirements, maintain documentation, and develop project plans and status reports.
• Design dashboards, reports and visual aids to educate and influence HR clients and leaders.
• Educate business leaders on availability and use of analytical tools and HR data assets.
