Liberty Bank in Middletown, CT is seeking a Sr. Advisor, Community Outreach Officer to lead CRA compliance outreach and act as the external liaison to LMI communities, nonprofits, and local government.

You will design and coordinate service-based initiatives, including financial literacy education and youth programs. The role requires deep CRA/HMDA knowledge, experience in banking compliance or community development, Spanish fluency, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• In-depth mastery of CRA regulations and HMDA compliance.
• Experience building relationships with nonprofits, CDFIs, and government entities.
• Fluency in Spanish and strong storytelling to communicate regulatory data.

Responsabilités

• Build active networks with nonprofits, CDFIs, and local leaders to satisfy CRA service performance.
• Plan and host CRA-eligible outreach activities and financial education workshops.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders to align programs with LMI community needs.
• Represent Liberty in the community through board memberships, speaking engagements, and events.
• Project manage and maintain community development programs.
