BankFirst Financial Services is seeking a CRA Officer to manage the bank’s Large Bank CRA Compliance Program, ensuring regulatory alignment and equitable credit access for LMI communities. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; regulatory experience preferred.
  • Minimum 2+ years CRA experience at a Large Bank (> $1.564B) or equivalent.
  • Experience with CRA monitoring software and mapping platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage CRA software for activity logging and analytics.
  • Assess area coverage using branch networks and boundaries.
  • Evaluate mortgage, small business, and small farm penetration; report metrics.
  • Oversee data collection, validation, and regulatory reporting for CRA loans.
  • Maintain CRA Strategic Plan and Self-Assessments to target a Satisfactory rating.
  • Present updates to Board; manage CRA filings and public files.
  • Coordinate internal CRA audits and federal examinations with Compliance Director.
  • Supervise staff and track CD loans, investments, grants, and volunteer hours.
  • Partner on local credit programs and community investments.
  • Coordinate outreach, training, and board education on CRA and Redlining.
