Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the complete operations of a housing community on-site under regional supervision. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, administration, and risk controls while ensuring compliance with company policies and fair housing guidelines.

You will also drive budgeting, marketing plans, and occupancy targets, supervise emergency response, and maintain outstanding customer service to residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or four years' housing experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Fair Housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations of the housing community.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Manage budgeting, leasing, maintenance, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Monitor rent collections, vendor invoices, and financial reporting.
