Job summary

Freeman Webb Company, Realtors is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee daily operations for multiple communities. You will build and mentor teams, manage budgets and safety programs, and ensure high performance of properties as assets for clients.

The role requires coordinating with the Regional Property Manager, upholding Fair Housing practices, and leading human resources and marketing efforts to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience required as listed in the job description.
• Certifications such as IREM are highly desirable.
• Experience in multi-family housing or property management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of one or more communities.
• Supervise on-site staff and ensure safety and compliance with policies.
• Manage budgeting, financial reporting, marketing, and tenant relations.
• Coordinate with the Regional Property Manager on housing issues and turnovers.
• Assist with eviction processes in coordination with legal guidance.

Education

Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school

IREM certification desirable
