Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Santa Ana, CA seeks an experienced Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a Lease-Up property with 547 units, schedule Monday-Friday; 9am-6pm, subject to business needs.

The role requires 5+ years of community management experience, budgeting, leasing, and strong leadership. You will manage staff, ensure compliance, and coordinate with owners to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership capability.

Responsabilités

• Input into property budget by analyzing financial statements and reports.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rents and collecting payments.
• Approve vendor invoices and manage payments and insurance certificates.
• Control expenditures and manage the petty cash fund.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, notices, and evictions.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies.
• Promote resident satisfaction and address service issues.
• Conduct regular property inspections for safety and appearance.
• Supervise staff and manage performance.
• Manage owner relationships with updates and tours.
