Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, based in Colorado, seeks a Community Manager to lead a property team and drive profitability through leasing and marketing initiatives. You will manage budgets, report on financials, and ensure operations comply with policies and laws for multi-family housing.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in property management, strong communication, and proficiency with Entrata/Yardi/OneSite. Local travel may be involved; weekend scheduling possible.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Supervisor Experience: 1 - 3 Years; ability to hire, lead, direct, evaluate, and manage subordinates.
• Management: 1 - 3 Years in Multi-Family Property Management.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evaluate team members; hire, orient, and train new hires.
• Meet revenue goals via marketing and leasing strategies.
• Budget modeling, forecasting, profitability analysis, and invoicing management.
• Analyze market trends and advise on improvements; monitor tech and processes.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, collections, and notices.
• Manage client/owner relations, tours, and vendor relations.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, curb appeal, and maintenance standards.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and issues.
• Monitor competitors and build market relationships.
