Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Community Manager to lead the onsite team and coordinate daily property operations to meet financial goals. You will supervise staff, implement marketing and leasing strategies, and manage vendor relations to ensure exceptional property performance.

The role requires experience in multi-family management, strong communication, and proficiency with property management software. Weekend availability and travel for local site coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Advanced Skills: Communication, Presentation, and Delivery Skills with ability to connect to people at all levels.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs for reporting purposes.
• Strong proficiency in property management software (Entrata Yardi and/or One Site).
• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Supervisor Experience: 1 - 3 Years Proven skills sufficient to hire, lead, direct, evaluate, and manage subordinates and team members, are required.
• Management: 1 - 3 Years Multi-Family Property Management

Responsibilities

• The Community Manager manages and coordinates the team members' daily activities and resources of the property to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Ensures operation complies with Company policies and laws and regulations governing multi-family housing operations.
• Lease enforcement process – apartment inspections, evictions, collections, notifications, and other processes as outlined in lease agreement and take appropriate action.
• Client/Owner Management – conduct property tours and provide updates on property’s performance and meet with client as needed.
• Contractor and Vendor Management.
• Be curious about competitors by shopping competition and building relationships within your market and the industry.
