Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Community Manager to lead the property team, oversee leasing and marketing efforts, and manage financial performance. You will coordinate daily operations, ensure policy compliance, and drive tenant satisfaction in a multi-family setting.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in property management, strong communication and leadership capabilities, and experience with property management software.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Supervisor Experience: 1-3 Years; proven ability to hire, lead, direct, evaluate, and manage staff.
• Management: 1-3 Years; Multi-Family Property Management experience.
• Experience Preferred: Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background relevant to day-to-day ops.
• Advanced Skills: Communication, Presentation, and Delivery Skills to connect with people at all levels.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheets, and database reporting; strong knowledge of Entrata/Yardi/One Site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the property team; conduct interviews, hire, orient, and train new hires.
• Drive revenue by marketing and leasing strategy execution; identify improvement areas for the property.
• Model budgets, forecast, perform profitability analysis, and manage financial reports and invoicing.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform property improvements and leasing tools.
• Enforce lease processes including inspections, evictions, collections, and notices.
• Manage client/owner relations; conduct property tours and provide performance updates.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, curb appeal, and maintenance standards; report issues.
• Resolve customer complaints and strive for high resident satisfaction.
• Engage with market players to understand competition and build relationships.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
