RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Community Manager to lead a property team, drive leasing and marketing strategies, and ensure financial and operational performance. You will manage staff, implement processes, and maintain regulatory compliance across the site.

The role calls for strong communication, budgeting, and customer-service focus to uphold RangeWater’s standards in a dynamic multi-family environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of supervisor experience in multi-family property management.
• 1–3 years of multi-family property management experience preferred.
• Experience in sales, marketing, and customer service is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the property team to meet financial and operational goals.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Develop short/long-term marketing and leasing strategies to hit revenue targets.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and profitability analysis; invoicing oversight.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, and collections as needed.
• Conduct property tours and provide updates to owners/clients.
