RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a dedicated Community Manager in Denver to lead the property team, oversee leasing, and drive financial performance in a multi-family community. You will manage daily operations, coach staff, ensure safety and curb appeal, and deliver exceptional resident experiences.

You will plan and implement marketing and leasing strategies to meet revenue goals, supervise vendor relationships, maintain budgets, and ensure compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience in property management.
• Experience in multi-family/property management, sales/marketing, and customer service preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and delivery skills; ability to connect with people at all levels.
• Proficiency in property management software (Entrata, Yardi, One Site).

Responsabilités

• Manage team and perform employee evaluations; hire, orient, and train new staff.
• Meet revenue goals by implementing marketing and leasing strategies.
• Conduct budget modeling, forecasting, and profitability analyses; manage financial records and invoicing.
• Gather and analyze market trends; recommend property improvements and maintain leasing tools.
• Oversee property safety, maintenance, vendor management, and compliance with policies.
