Job summary

You will hire, train, and evaluate staff, meet revenue goals through sales and leasing strategies, and ensure compliance with company policies and multi-family regulations.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Supervisor and Management experience of 1-3 years.
• Experience in multi-family property management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the property team to meet budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; supervise daily activities and resources.
• Increase revenue via sales and leasing strategies and market analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and property laws.
