Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Community Manager to lead the property’s staff, drive leasing and revenue, and ensure high standards of operation and resident satisfaction. You will oversee budgeting, reporting, and vendor relations, while maintaining compliance with company policies and multi-family housing regulations.

The role requires 1–3 years in property management, strong communication and leadership skills, and experience with Entrata Yardi or One Site.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Supervisor/management experience: 1–3 years in multi-family property management.
• Proven ability to hire, lead, direct, evaluate and manage subordinates.

Responsibilities

• Manage team and coordinate daily activities to meet budgeted goals.
• Increase revenue by implementing marketing and leasing strategies.
• Budgeting, forecasting and profitability analysis.
• Monitor market trends and adjust property operations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws and regulations governing multi-family housing.
• Provide updates to clients/owners and manage contractor/vendor relationships.
