Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a skilled Community Manager for a residential property in Oregon City, OR. You will oversee on-site operations, leasing, maintenance, and staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and fair housing guidelines.

As the on-site leader, you will develop budgets, monitor rent collections, supervise maintenance teams, and implement resident retention programs while delivering exceptional customer service to residents and partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site staff and leasing operations.
• Manage annual operating budgets and financial reporting.
• Monitor rent collections and vendor invoices to ensure timely payments.
• Develop and implement resident retention programs and marketing plans.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
