Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Portland, OR to oversee daily operations and financial functions of the housing community. You will supervise staff, manage leasing activities, and ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.

This onsite role emphasizes delinquency management, budgeting support, and efficient cash flow. Strong communication and basic computer skills are required, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred and prior housing experience

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in housing or property management considered an asset.
• Basic computer skills and onsite software proficiency required.
• Understanding of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Aufgaben

• Post payments and income accurately and timely.
• Process and reconcile daily accounts receivable; monitor bad debt and evictions.
• Assist property meet budgeted revenues, expenses, and Net Operating Income.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and administrative tasks on site.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
