T-Mobile in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Sr Analyst, Commissions to expertly support Commission Operations. The role focuses on process improvements, payouts analysis, and liaison work with Systems, Testing, Reporting and HR Compensation design.

The position requires 4–7 years of related experience, strong SQL and Excel skills, and the ability to work across cross-functional teams. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; strong analytical capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Preferred) and High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 4-7 years Operations or Commissions experience (Required).
• Demonstrated analytical experience (Required).
• Change Management experience (Required).
• Process Improvement experience (Required).
• Understanding of multiple system development life-cycle methodologies (Preferred).
• Wireless Telecom experience (Preferred).
• Experience with customer escalations (Preferred).
• Working knowledge of SQL (Required).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Required).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Required).

Responsibilities

• Develop and/or report out on a variety of reporting needs determined by Commissions Client Services.
• Conduct operational assessments to identify risks, gaps and propose and report on systematic solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution/completion.
• Provide subject matter expertise for commissions related projects and initiatives.
• Participate in the development and testing of processes that impact commissions.
• Provide analytical support to Commissions Management Team and Program Managers.
• Responsible for validation of System data loads and commissions payouts, impact assessments, and resolution of commissions payout issues.
• Liaise with internal partners including Systems, IT, Testing, Reporting, and Compensation Design.
• May act as a lead for other Analysts on the team.
• Develop professional expertise, applying company compensation policies to support timely and accurate employee payout.
