Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; HS diploma required.
• 4-7 years in Operations or Commissions, with analytical experience.
• Change management, process improvement, and SDLC understanding.

Responsibilities

• Develop and report on commissions-related reporting needs.
• Identify risks and propose systematic solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects.
• Provide subject matter expertise for commissions initiatives.
• Develop/test processes affecting commissions and payouts.
• Provide analytical support to management and program managers.
• Validate system data loads and payout calculations.
• Liaise with Systems, IT, Reporting, and Compensation Design.
• May lead other Analysts on the team.
• Apply compensation policies to ensure timely employee payouts.
• Work on problems of moderate scope requiring data analysis.
• Maintain professional relationships with internal/external partners.
