Job summary
T-Mobile is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Reporting & Decision Support in a hybrid position based in Overland Park, KS. You will partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable reporting solutions, perform advanced analysis, and drive data-driven decisions.
You will gather requirements, validate data from multiple sources, and mentor others while advancing analytics initiatives across the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of related work experience or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience in reporting and analytics in a business setting.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating to scalable reporting.
- Experience analyzing large datasets to support strategic decisions.
- Experience data integration from multiple enterprise sources.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Cross-functional collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain and enhance dashboards and reports.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver solutions.
- Analyze data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for leadership.
- Integrate, validate, and monitor data from enterprise sources.
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve processes.
- Apply advanced analytics and modeling where appropriate.
- Mentor junior analysts and promote analytics best practices.
