SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Commissioning Manager, Preconstruction, to lead Testing & Commissioning across PV, BESS, and HV from BD through LNTP. You will own estimates, scope definitions, and the unified commissioning schedule, coordinating with Preconstruction, Engineering, and Contracts to ensure bidder clarity and contract conformance.

This role can be fully remote or hybrid, with regular in-office presence in the San Diego, CA Office.

Competenze

• 8+ years of progressive commissioning experience on utility-scale electrical or renewable-energy projects.
• Experience reviewing EPC contracts, commissioning exhibits, specifications, and acceptance requirements.
• Proven experience developing commissioning estimates, schedules, and plans.
• Strong PV, BESS, HV, and SCADA commissioning knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred; equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Mansioni

• Own the commissioning workstream from BD through LNTP, coordinating inputs across teams.
• Coordinate commissioning scope, estimates, and schedules with Preconstruction and SMEs.
• Lead development and presentation of SOLV’s commissioning requirements to clients.
• Maintain commissioning requirements register with due dates and evidence.
• Lead handoff to CPM & Portfolio Delivery with contractual requirements and plans.
• Ensure scope, readiness gates, testing approach, and turnover requirements align with contract.
